Dwayne Blevins, owner of Superior Exterior Coatings, has been in business in the Denton area since 1970, and has been a part of the homebuilding and remodeling industry for many years.  While remodeling and building new homes, Dwayne recognized problems that exist with typical exterior coverings.

As a former staff adjuster for Allstate and a catastrophe adjuster for State Farm, in addition to working with insurance companies as a contractor, Dwayne understands that typical problems with stucco, synthetic stucco and brick veneers are directly related to weather conditions, moisture conditions, and ground movement caused by the soil and land conditions so prevalent in the North Central Texas.

In the process of researching the different options for exterior wall coverings, Dwayne discovered the Grailcoat^® System.  He has been a true believer since that time.  He immediately contacted the Grailcoat^® Headquarters in Florida and became certified to install the Grailcoat^® product.
